For Organizations · Workforce AI Exposure Audit

Know where AI will change your workforce, and what to do about it

A role-by-role, task-by-task assessment of your organisation. It shows the hours at stake, how ready your teams are, and a 12-month plan to redeploy capacity and reskill the people whose work is changing.

  • Every task rated: automate, AI-assisted or human-led
  • Readiness scored across leadership, skills, data, governance and culture
  • Roles, not people: no staff names or personal data

What the audit answers

Four questions every leadership team is asking

Most organisations know AI will change their work. Few can say where, by how much, or what to do first. The audit answers each question with evidence from your own roles.

Question 1

Where are we exposed?

Every role scored for AI exposure, and every task your teams do rated automate, AI-assisted or human-led, rolled up into a department heatmap.

Question 2

How much is at stake?

The hours per month of current work AI can absorb or speed up, by department and by task. That's capacity you can redirect, not a headcount target.

Question 3

Are we ready?

A 12-question readiness pulse for your leaders, and an exposure-versus-readiness matrix that shows which departments to act on first.

Question 4

What do we do?

Role profiles, reskilling pathways with checked local and global providers, a 12-month roadmap and the measures to track it.

How it works

From first call to leadership debrief

Your team spends about an hour describing roles and answering a short survey. We do the rest.

Built for the people who plan the workforce

HR and L&D leaders

Justify the training budget with evidence, prioritise who to upskill first, and plan role changes before they are forced on you.

Training institutions

Score the occupations your programmes feed into. See which curricula to strengthen, which pathways to grow, and where to add AI skills.

Staffing and recruitment agencies

Understand which candidate profiles are losing value and how to reposition them for the roles that are growing.

Public bodies and associations

Caribbean-specific evidence on AI and work for policy, funding decisions and member programmes.

Your data

Built for confidentiality from the start

Roles, not people

We never ask for names, emails or staff IDs. Our tools refuse files that contain them.

Deleted after delivery

Your source data and working files are deleted within 30 days of delivery, or sooner on request.

One purpose only

Role descriptions are processed through Anthropic's API only to score your roles. They are never sold, shared or pooled with other clients.

Capacity, not cuts

The audit measures hours that can be redirected to better work. It is not a headcount-reduction exercise, and we say so in every report.

Questions

Before you book

How much does an audit cost?

It's a fixed fee, agreed after the scoping call and based on the number of roles in scope. You'll know the full price before anything starts, and it's written into the agreement.

Do our staff need to do anything?

No. HR or a manager describes each role and its main tasks in our template, which takes about an hour. Your sponsor and department heads answer a 12-question readiness pulse. Individual staff are not surveyed or named.

Is this about cutting jobs?

No. The audit shows hours of current work that AI can absorb or speed up, so you can redirect that capacity into service, growth and the work only people can do. Every report states this plainly, and the roadmap focuses on redeploying and reskilling.

Do you need our salary data?

No. Reports state impact in hours. If you want a money value as well, you can supply an average cost per role and we'll add it. Figures for one-person roles are never shown, to protect individual pay.

How big does our organisation need to be?

The audit works from about 20 people upward. What matters is the number of distinct roles: a typical audit covers 10–50 roles, whatever the headcount.

Can a college or training institution use it?

Yes. We score the occupations your programmes prepare people for, so you can see how exposed those careers are and where to update curricula.

How quickly will we get the report?

Your report is delivered within 3 business days of receiving complete role information: every role with its headcount and main tasks, plus the readiness pulse. The analysis itself is fast. Most of the timeline is our hands-on review and written recommendations, so you get a finished document, not a raw data dump.

How current are the results?

AI changes quickly, so each report is a point-in-time view. We recommend a re-audit every 12 months to measure progress against your baseline.
