These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AiProofCareersHub (the "Platform"), operated by Kinson Digital Hub LLC, Jacksonville, FL, USA ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
AiProof CareersHub provides:
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
You agree not to:
All content on this Platform — including the research, written content, diagnostic methodology, eBook, brand assets, and AI-generated report structure — is the intellectual property of Ewort Atkinson and Kinson Digital Hub LLC. The underlying research is published under DOI: 10.5281/ZENODO.19442958.
Your personalised AI diagnostic report is generated for your individual use. You may share it for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce or sell it.
The diagnostic report is generated by an AI language model (Anthropic Claude) based on inputs you provide. While we design our prompts carefully and ground the system in published labour market research, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or generalisations that do not apply to your specific situation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.
By providing your email address, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your report. You may separately opt in to our career intelligence newsletter. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us at aiproofcareershub@gmail.com.
Using the contact form does not subscribe you to anything. If you send us a message, we use your email address only to reply to you. You are added to the newsletter only if you tick the optional opt-in box on that form.
The Platform links to third-party websites including Amazon (for the eBook), Academia.edu (for research), LinkedIn, and Calendly. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement.
The eBook AI-Proof Careers: Why Skilled Trades Are the Future of Work is sold and fulfilled by Amazon, not by us. Amazon is the merchant of record for that purchase: Amazon's terms, pricing, delivery and refund policies apply to it, and any refund request for the eBook must go to Amazon. Our refund terms in section 3 cover only the products you buy directly on this Platform via Stripe.
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-B7HWQ0TSL8) to understand how visitors use the Platform — for example which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, what site referred them, and the device, browser and approximate region in use.
We also store a small amount of data in your browser (not cookies) to run the product itself — your diagnostic progress, so it survives the Stripe payment redirect, and your cookie-consent choice. The full list of cookies and browser storage, their purposes and their durations is in our Privacy Policy, which also sets out every third-party processor we use and your GDPR and CCPA rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinson Digital Hub LLC, its officers, agents, and affiliates from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jacksonville, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If you are located in the EU, you also have the right to submit complaints to your local data protection authority and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active newsletter subscribers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour, without prior notice.
